Cancellation of Registration
A student who enrolls in a Winter session course and later decides not to attend the class may cancel registration before the first day of instruction for the session. A 100% refund of tuition will be generated if cancellation is requested by the deadline. The easiest way to cancel registration is via Student Self-Service using Class Registration to web drop that single Winter class.
Deadline to cancel: Thursday, December 17, 2025 by 11:59 pm CST
Dropping your only Winter Class
- For the Winter session only, you can drop your last class via Student Self-Service application.
- Select Student Services and under the Registration Section, select Class Registration then select Register for Classes.
- Beginning January 3, 2027, you will need to contact your undergraduate college office to request their assistance to drop a winter class.
Winter Term Withdrawal Refund Schedule
- A pro-rata refund of the tuition will be applied to your account based on the schedule below.
- If you make no payment, and drop your Winter class on or after the first day of instruction for the session, you are liable for the full amount of tuition originally assessed less applicable refunds.
