The University of Illinois has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment verification information for all students in attendance or who have completed a degree beginning in Fall 1982 or later.

Please note that official verification of enrollment for loan deferral should be available approximately 5 business days after the 10th day of the semester.
Advanced Registration certificates are available to download during the following approximate time frames. You will need to select the ‘Advanced registration’ bullet before clicking to ‘Obtain an enrollment certificate’.
- Spring Term: Dec 21 through the first day of the semester
- Summer Term: May 26 through June 25
- Fall Term: July 15 through the first day of the semester.

Prior to Fall 1982
Students who completed a degree prior to Fall 1982 must contact the Transcript Unit in the Office of the Registrar. Include student UIN, if available, and indicate if verification should be mailed, emailed or picked up at the office in your request.
