The chemistry and life sciences rate applies to the following college and majors:
- Liberal Arts & Sciences: Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Integrative Biology, and Molecular & Cellular Biology
Note: General education courses will be assessed at the base rate tuition applicable to when the student entered the University and their residency status.

Zero credit-only courses are assessed at the one-hour resident rate. Students taking CHBE-202, CHBE-210, CHEM-293, or CHEM-295 zero-credit internship classes will be assessed $200 tuition and the General Fee when enrolled only in that class for the semester.
