The Office of the Registrar works closely with Administrative Information Technology Services (AITS) Security to coordinate security and access to campus-wide student computer systems.

Banner (UI-Integrate Self-Service)
Unit Security Contacts (USCs) may request access to Banner via the AITS security application that has been designed expressly for that purpose.
Contact Office of the Registrar Security with any general questions you have about the security profiles that are available for Recruiting and Admissions (R&A) and for Records and Registration (R&R).
To access uAchieve, new users must request access from the College’s Unit Security Contacts (USCs).
Decision Support (Enterprise Data Warehouse)
Unit Security Contacts (USCs) should request access for users via the Data Warehouse Access Request Procedure on the Decision Support (DS) website. When DS receives the request, DS will contact the person for whom access has been requested to arrange appropriate training. DS will contact the Office of the Registrar regarding any requests for access that do not fit standard security roles.
