Winter 2021-2022 Academic Calendar

(All dates are tentative until closer to the beginning of the semester.)
The winter session is open to all undergraduate students to enroll in only 1 class.  All classes are delivered completely online.

4 week session (approximately 12/20/2021 – 1/14/2022)

October 4, 2021

• Winter class schedule available in Course Explorer

October 18, 2021

• Priority registration Time Tickets (earliest registration times) for Winter 2021-2022 available on Student Self-Service

November 1, 2021

• Priority registration begins for Winter 2021-2022 in conjunction with Spring 2022 registration

December 4

• Winter tuition charges available to view on student account

December 19

• 11:59 PM CST deadline to ADD a Winter class via Student Self-Service
• 11:59 PM CST deadline to DROP a Winter class for 100% tuition refund via Student Self-Service

December 20

• First day of instruction for Winter classes

December 24

• 11:59 PM CST deadline to DROP a Winter class for 80% tuition refund and no ‘W’ grade via Student Self-Service

December 25

• Holiday (no Winter classes)

December 30

• 11:59 PM CST deadline to DROP a Winter class for 60% tuition refund and no ‘W’ grade via Student Self-Service

January 1

• Holiday (no Winter classes)

January 4

• 11:59 PM Deadline to drop a Winter class without ‘W’ grade and via Student Self-Service.  Contact your college office to drop a winter class after this deadline.

January 5

• 5:00 PM Deadline to drop a Winter class for 40% tuition refund.  Request must be submitted to your college office and will result in a ‘W’ grade.
• Deadline to elect credit/no credit or change credit/no credit to regular grade basis

January 14

• Last day of instruction and final examinations

January 21 at 2:00 PM

• Faculty deadline for reporting grades.  Students can view final grades the following day via Student Self-Service.

January 28

• Full payment due for Winter tuition charges.  Visit Pay My Bill for more information regarding payment options and due dates.
