Winter 2020-2021 Academic Calendar

(All dates are tentative until closer to the beginning of the semester.)
The winter session is open to all undergraduate students to enroll in only 1 class.  All classes are delivered completely online.

4 week session (approximately 12/21/2020 – 1/15/2021)

October 12

• Winter class schedule available in Course Explorer

November 30

• Priority registration begins for Winter 2020-2021 in conjunction with Spring 2021 registration

December 5

• Winter tuition charges available to view on student account

December 20

• 11:59 PM CST deadline to ADD a Winter class via Student Self-Service
• 11:59 PM CST deadline to DROP a Winter class for 100% tuition refund via Student Self-Service

December 21

• First day of instruction for Winter classes

December 25

• Holiday (no Winter classes)

December 26

• 11:59 PM CST deadline to DROP a Winter class for 80% tuition refund and no ‘W’ grade via Student Self-Service

January 1

• Holiday (no Winter classes)

January 2

• 11:59 PM CST deadline to DROP a Winter class for 60% tuition refund and no ‘W’ grade via Student Self-Service

January 3

• 11:59 PM Deadline to drop a Winter class without ‘W’ grade and via Student Self-Service.  Contact your college office to drop a winter class after this deadline.
• Deadline to elect credit/no credit or change credit/no credit to regular grade basis

January 8

• 5:00 PM Deadline to drop a Winter class for 40% tuition refund.  Request must be submitted to your college office and will result in a ‘W’ grade.

January 15

• Last day of instruction and final examinations

January 22 at 2:00 PM

• Deadline for faculty reporting Winter grades

January 23

• Final Winter grades are viewable for students via Student Self-Service and on transcripts

January 28

• Full payment due for Winter tuition charges.  Visit Pay My Bill for more information regarding payment options and due dates.
