The winter session is open to all degree-seeking undergraduates.

November 24

  • Registration begins for Winter 2014-2015

December 22

  • First day of instruction for Winter classes
  • 5:00 PM Deadline for all students to register for a Winter class

December 25

  • Holiday (no Winter classes)

January 1

  • Holiday (no Winter classes)

January 2

  • 11:59 PM Deadline to drop a Winter class with full tuition refund and no W grade via Student Self-Service; instructions will be given on how to add a drop section at the same time students drop their real class so that Student Self-Service allows them to drop their only class.

January 16

  • Last day of instruction and final examinations

January 23

  • Noon Deadline for faculty reporting Winter grades

January 24

  • Final Winter grades are viewable for students via Student Self-Service and on transcripts

January 28

  • Full payment due for Winter tuition and fee charges
