Part of Term (POT) values indicate the time frame for the course. The Class Schedule shows what part of term each course is scheduled in to assist with identifying deadlines. Start and end dates for non-standard course offerings are shown in the Section Details on Course Explorer:
- 1 = full 16 week semester (approximately 8/24/2020 – 12/9/2020 plus finals)
- A = first 8 weeks of the semester (approximately 8/24/2020 – 10/16/2020)
- B = second 8 weeks of the semester (approximately 10/19/2020 – 12/9/2020 plus finals)

- Official fall enrollment information transmitted to NSC for processing to NSLDS to provide loan deferment if applicable. Notification to federal loan providers should occur within 2 – 3 weeks.

- Deadline for UG to drop POT A (1st 8 week) course via Student Self-Service without grade of W. Students may contact their college office to request an exception by petition to the drop deadline in the case of extraordinary circumstances.
- Deadline for UG to elect credit/no credit or change credit/no credit to regular grade basis in POT A course
- Deadline for UG to file intent to use Campus Grade Replacement option in POT A course
- Deadline for GRAD to drop POT A course via Student Self-Service

- Faculty deadline for reporting grades. Students can view final grades the following day via Student Self-Service
December 24
- Review your Academic History in Student Self-Service to ensure Fall 2020 final grades exist as expected before ordering any official transcripts. Electronic transcripts will be generated throughout the holiday break, but any paper transcripts will not be mailed until January 4, 2021. Be aware all requests for credit/no credit revisions submitted after December 18th will begin being processed until January 6th.
January 5
- Deadline for undergraduate and graduate students to elect credit/no credit for any Fall 2020 class.
January 7
- If you expect credit/no credit adjustments, review your Academic History in Student Self-Service to ensure all grade adjustments exist as expected before ordering any official transcripts. Electronic transcripts will be generated throughout the holiday break, but any paper transcripts will not be mailed until January 4, 2021.
January 19
- Transcripts on hold for Fall 2020 grades will be released
